 Joe Mathis

Coming from a wide range of experience and backgrounds, Joe enjoys creating!   Joe grew up planning and doing events.  Of course, in the 70's and 80's, no one ever dreamed that would be a career choice.  The plan had always been to go into music or theater and eventually the thought was public relations.  Events draws all aspects of creativity together to one arena.  Previously Joe has been Campus Events Director for Ozark Christian College, Event Services Administrator at the
Tulsa Convention Center and Creative Consultant and Event Producer for Event 1, a full-service meeting management company in Tulsa.  Joe loves all aspects of events from the details of flowers in the centerpieces to stage management.  

Angie Mathis

Right out of college, Angie's first job was as administrative assistant in the Conference Planning department of CIY.  Travelling to college campuses in the summer and arranging conferences for thousands of teens was a "rush" of excitement for her.  In 1991, Angie started her own company as a wedding consultant.  Angie is a certified sign language interpreter and enjoys all aspects of an event: from registration to interpreting.

Jeff Osborne (Construction/Logistics)
Jeff has an extensive background
in all aspects of construction. He
is talented in set and prop building
and has built sets for several stage
and video productions. Jeff will do
whatever it takes for an event to happen on time and in a safe, professional manner.
